Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for replacement.

Order Processing

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production and order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page. During festival preorder periods, production may begin after the designated preorder deadline.

For orders being shipped, delivery time begins after production and processing are complete. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier service.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
