Most items are produced specifically to fulfill customer orders. Please review your selected design, size, quantity, and delivery method carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production and order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page. During festival preorder periods, production may begin after the designated preorder deadline.
For orders being shipped, delivery time begins after production and processing are complete. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier service.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
